What this site actually loads
Privacy policy
Checked 2026-10-12. Sources are listed at the bottom of this page.
This policy matches the pages as published on 12 October 2026. The site is a static guide at prehistoricfarm.pro. The contact address is contact@prehistoricfarm.pro. Exactly one advertising network is in use here: Adsterra (website id 6116935). Its two ad units — a Native Banner drawn inside the page and a floating Social Bar — are requested only after you press Allow, and the Adult ads switch is OFF for this website. There is no Google AdSense tag, no AdSense unit, and no second advertising network or banner SDK. The only third-party embed is YouTube, and it loads after you press a video button.
What loads before you choose
Every page loads one third-party script: Google's tag at www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=G-7XXTV5YXRM, which belongs to Google Analytics 4. Before you choose anything, a first-party function named gtag queues a consent default of denied for ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage. It also sets ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough. Google's tag does load in that denied state, but it writes no cookie and builds no report about you. Google may still receive a cookieless ping carrying no user or event identifier until you decide. If you press Allow, analytics_storage becomes granted and Google Analytics 4 measures page views plus the enhanced measurement events (scrolls, outbound clicks, video engagement, file downloads, site search, form interactions). Pressing Reject, a Global Privacy Control, or Do Not Track keeps analytics_storage denied. Google Analytics 4 is the only third-party script that loads before you choose. The two Adsterra loaders are not in the page you receive: their URLs sit in this site's own inline script, and the ad request happens only after an Allow choice, as the next section explains.
Microsoft Clarity, only after an Allow choice
Microsoft Clarity (project ywgxhsg4ou) adds heatmaps and session replay. Every page carries its tag text, but the tag is not requested until you press Allow: the page inserts https://www.clarity.ms/tag/ywgxhsg4ou at that moment only. Before then no Clarity script, request, or cookie runs, and I checked that loading, blocked, and already-allowed states in a browser on 12 October 2026. Pressing Reject keeps it unloaded, and a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal wins even when an older Allow choice is still stored. While Clarity runs, Microsoft receives your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you open, and a recording of the page as it appeared to you together with clicks, scrolling, and pointer movement. Clarity masks form input by default and I added no custom masking; this site collects no personal details through forms anyway, so treat the recording as a view of public page content. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
Adsterra, only after an Allow choice
Adsterra (website id 6116935, category Social, and the Adult ads switch OFF) supplies two units, both created by this site's publisher in the Adsterra dashboard: a Native Banner (dashboard unit 31687815), drawn inside the page near the footer, and a Social Bar (dashboard unit 31687816), a floating bar anchored to the bottom of the viewport. Every page carries their loader URLs as text only; the loaders are fetched from bicea.org — the delivery host Adsterra issued for these units — at the moment you press Allow, and never before. A page you receive without choosing makes no request to Adsterra at all.
Once a loader runs, Adsterra's own script requests the ad creative and may set its own cookies, or read identifiers such as your IP address, user agent, and the URL of the page, to serve and measure ads. I cannot enumerate the cookie names or lifetimes Adsterra and its advertisers use: those are controlled on their side and are described in Adsterra's privacy policy. Its ad-delivery data is kept for as long as Adsterra and its advertisers keep it. Pressing Reject means no Adsterra unit is requested at all, and a Reject after an Allow removes the ad scripts that were already injected and empties the Native Banner container.
Legal basis: consent, for everything optional. The two Adsterra units, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Analytics storage are processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), collected through the Cookie settings dialog and withdrawable at any time by choosing Reject there. Delivering the page itself — hosting the files, serving this site's own CSS, images, and fonts from prehistoricfarm.pro — is not consent-based, because it is necessary to answer your request.
The floating Social Bar, and how to turn it off
The Social Bar is a floating format, so it sits over the page instead of inside it. Two things keep it from getting in the way, and both are done by this site rather than by the vendor's own close button: the bar is clamped to the viewport width (max-width: 100vw with box-sizing: border-box, so it can never cause sideways scrolling) and the document reserves space at the bottom so the footer stays reachable while the bar is live. The footer's Hide ad bar button stores that choice in localStorage as pf_adbar_hidden and the Social Bar loader is then not injected on any later visit — the choice is remembered, not just held until the next refresh. Show ad bar removes the stored value and the bar returns on the next load. Hide ad bar reloads the page because a vendor script that is already running cannot be unloaded cleanly.
Browser storage
| Key | Contents | Purpose | Retention | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| pf_consent | choice (granted or denied) and ts (time you chose) | Remember the cookie banner so it does not return every visit | 180 days, then the banner can show again | Consent. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal forces denied and ignores an older allow. |
| pf_adbar_hidden | The value 1 when you pressed Hide ad bar in the footer | Keep the floating Adsterra Social Bar from being requested on later visits | Until you press Show ad bar; no expiry | Your choice. Consent still gates the ad loaders; this only narrows what is loaded. |
| _ga | Random client id, plus a timestamp | Tell one browser apart from another in Google Analytics 4 | Google's default of 2 years | Only after an Allow choice that is still inside 180 days. Never written while the choice is denied. |
| _ga_7XXTV5YXRM | Session state for this stream | Keep one visit together and keep page-view counts correct | Google's default of 2 years | Same as _ga. The suffix is this site's Measurement ID. |
| _clck | Clarity user id and a timestamp | Recognise one browser across visits in Microsoft Clarity | Microsoft's documented default of 1 year | Only after an Allow choice that is still inside 180 days. Never written while the choice is denied, and never written under a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. |
| _clsk | Session state for this visit | Join this visit's page views and interaction events into one Clarity recording | Microsoft's documented default of 1 day | Same as _clck. |
Clarity writes its two cookies as first-party cookies, so they are stored for prehistoricfarm.pro rather than for clarity.ms. I read both names out of the browser while testing the allowed state on 12 October 2026. If you never press Allow, or you press Reject, neither Clarity cookie exists and the Clarity tag is never requested.
The _ga and _ga_7XXTV5YXRM names come from Google's documented Google Analytics 4 cookie pattern. If you never press Allow, or you press Reject, those two cookies are not set by this site. This site's own code sets no advertising cookie: the only storage it writes for advertising is the pf_adbar_hidden switch above. Once you press Allow, Adsterra and the advertisers it serves may set their own cookies for delivery, frequency capping, and measurement — those are written on Adsterra's side and I cannot list their names or lifetimes here. The banner copy says Cookie settings because that is the control people look for, and the pf_consent value itself is localStorage, not an HTTP cookie.
YouTube, only after a click
Selected guide pages show a local image first. Pressing Play video requests the YouTube privacy-enhanced player. That separate click allows the video to load even if you rejected optional advertising and analytics. Google receives your IP address, browser details, referring origin, and playback activity. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean that no data is sent. You can leave the preview unopened or leave the page to stop the player. The default clip is by MineBlox, published 8 October 2026.
| Host | Observed use |
|---|---|
| www.youtube-nocookie.com | Embedded player, player assets, captions, and playback/statistics requests |
| fonts.gstatic.com | Player font |
| www.google.com | Player-related script |
| *.googlevideo.com | Video and audio stream; the tested host was rr2---sn-u2buxaxjvh-npol.googlevideo.com |
| i.ytimg.com | Video thumbnail |
| yt3.ggpht.com | Creator image |
| jnn-pa.googleapis.com | Player integrity request |
These services are provided by Google / YouTube. Player hosts and storage can change with region, browser settings, and Google's player updates. Google may use its own browser storage when the player runs; this site's pf_consent choice does not control Google's stored data. See Google's privacy policy and YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode explanation.

Ads and opt-out links
This site shows ads from one network, Adsterra, and only after an Allow choice. Whether an individual ad is personalized depends on Adsterra and the advertisers it serves, so the reliable controls are network-level: Adsterra's privacy policy explains its own opt-out route, Google Ads Settings covers ads served to a Google account, and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out and the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out cover many of the advertisers Adsterra serves. Blocking bicea.org with an extension, or choosing Reject here, means no Adsterra unit is requested by this site at all.
A single advertising seller line is published at /ads.txt: adsterra.com, 3403020, DIRECT. The publisher id is the real value the Adsterra dashboard keys this account by, read back from the signed-in dashboard rather than guessed, and it is the only seller declared for this domain. No Google AdSense or other network line appears there because no AdSense tag, AdSense unit, or second advertising network is in use here.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
If the browser exposes Global Privacy Control, or its Do Not Track preference is 1, optional advertising and analytics are treated as rejected. An allow click does not override that signal.
Your rights

Changes
Adsterra was added on 12 October 2026 and is named above: website id 6116935, the two dashboard unit ids (Native Banner 31687815 and Social Bar 31687816), the bicea.org delivery host Adsterra issued for them, the single ads.txt seller line, and the pf_adbar_hidden switch behind the footer's Hide ad bar button. It is the only advertising network on this domain, the Adult ads switch is OFF, and both loaders run only after a granted choice that is still inside 180 days. Google Analytics 4 was added the same day and is named above, together with the cookie names it sets and the Measurement ID G-7XXTV5YXRM. Microsoft Clarity was added the same day, is named above with its project id ywgxhsg4ou and its two cookie names, and it loads only after a granted choice that is still inside 180 days. If I add a second ad script or another advertising network later, I will name it on this page first, including the cookie names it sets, and I will load it only after a granted choice that is still inside 180 days. The page date will change with the sitemap lastmod.
Questions
Do you sell personal data?
No. This site does not sell personal data, and there is no data broker in the chain. One advertising network is in use: Adsterra supplies the two ad units you see, and any cookies those units set belong to Adsterra and the advertisers it serves, not to this site.
How do I get rid of the floating ad bar?
Press Hide ad bar in the footer. That choice is stored in localStorage as pf_adbar_hidden and the Social Bar loader is not injected again on later visits, not only until the next refresh.
Do you run analytics?
Google Analytics 4 with Measurement ID G-7XXTV5YXRM, plus Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replay. Both keep a consent default of denied and load only after you press Allow; a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal keeps them unloaded. The two Adsterra ad loaders are gated the same way.
How do I change my choice?
Use Cookie settings in the footer. It opens the same prompt again; choosing Reject also removes the ad scripts and the Clarity tag that were already injected.
