The linked player map identifies Dr. Ivy's Lab on Home Island with a white square. Return there after collecting a creature's complete fossil set.
- Open Dr. Ivy's DNA Extraction interface and locate your creature's row.
- Check its collected/required counter. The captured Cambrian rows each require five.
- Select Get Egg on a complete row; Need more fossils means that row is not ready.
- Take the egg to an unlocked incubator and follow its displayed timer.
The capture shows 6/5 and 5/5 rows ready for eggs alongside incomplete counters. Having many fossils overall does not imply every creature is complete. See fossil requirements and incubation for the next step.
Questions
Why does the row say Need more fossils?
That creature's counter is incomplete. Fossils for a different creature do not finish this row.
Is a paid incubator a DNA fee?
No. The DNA turn-in and the incubator-slot purchase are separate stages.
